Welcome to HARDCASA.com, a webshop owned by Scandinavian e-Shopping.
All the products you find on our site can be purchased online here and now. Click on the item that you are interested in and select your size.
Having trouble shopping at our site, you are always welcome to contact us at email@example.com.
When ordering, always have your credit card information and delivery address ready.
All prices on our website include VAT.
You can find your previous orders by logging on to your account on our website at all times.
We make reservations for sold out products, delay in delivery, price changes and possible errors on the web site.
HARDCASA.com accepts payment with the following credit cards: eDankort, Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
Handling (of your order)
Immediately after you have ordered and paid for your goods at HARDCASA.com, we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail address. If the order confirmation is lost, you can always download it by logging on to your account on our website.
If, unexpectedly, a problem with the shipment should occur, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item is in stock, we will deliver your products to Denmark within 1-2 weekdays after the order has been placed. Orders to Sweden will take 2-4 weekdays, orders to Norway and Finland 4-8 weekdays. If the product is not in stock, you can make an inquiry by contacting us at email@example.com.
Should you regret your purchase, the product must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
The product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as upon receipt. This means that:
- the product has to be returned in the original packaging
- the seal of the product has to be unbroken
- the labels still has to be attached to the product
You must pay the shipping charges for items that are returned.
We receive return orders once a week and it can therefore take up to 10 working days, before the returns have been processed.
Please enclose information about your name, order number and that you want a refund. This should be noted down on a copy of the order confirmation. The payment will be automatically reimbursed to your account.
You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the package upon delivery.

Please notice that the carrier of return orders send from Denmark should be Post Danmark. The above mentioned address can only be used with Post Danmark as carrier. Do you want to return an order from another country than Denmark please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the right return address.
Note: We do not replace lost or returned orders if this is sent as a letter. We recommend that you always send your returns as a package, since this allows it to be tracked.
Return of products from specific categories
When returning a product bought from one of the following categories you loose the discount - unless you exchange the product to another product from the respective category.
- 2 items 300 DKK
- 3 items 300 DKK
- 2 items 500 DKK
As a consumer you have a 2 years warranty on your products. This means that you can either get your product repaired, exchanged, get the payment refunded or get a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. This is of course on the condition that the claim is justified.
However, it is a premise that these defects are not caused by incorrect use of the product, or by other damaging behavior that has led to the defect.
You must make your claim within a reasonable time after having discovered the defect. If you make the claim within 2 months after having discovered the defect, the claim is considered as being timely.
We refund reasonable freight costs that you may have had in connection with the return of the product, when the claim is legitimate. The refund will be in the form of a gift voucher on the amount of the charges. Please note, that we need a copy of the receipt from the shipping, before you will be reimbursed.

A cookie is a term that is used about the fact, that the activities of an online user are registered on the user’s own hard drive. In this way, the next time the user visits a certain site, the server (e.g. a web site) knows who the user is.

Log statistics are used at HARDCASA.com. This means, that a statistical system gathers information that can provide a statistical overview of how many users are visiting a website, where they are coming from, in which part of the site they are exiting etc.
HARDCASA.com uses log statistics with the purpose of optimising the web site and its functionalities. In order for you to enter into an agreement with us via the web site, you must register with the following information:

We register your personal data with the purpose of being able to deliver the products to you.
The direction of the company has access to the information that is registered about you.
We do not store customer data encrypted.
We do not transmit customer data encrypted.
The data is not forwarded to third parties.

When you are registered at HARDCASA.com, you are always able to object to the registering and you have the right to gain insight into which data is registered about you.
These rights are stated in the ‘Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data’.

The newsletter contains information about the company and its products, relevant offers, contests etc. You will only receive the Newsletter when you have signed up for it. By accepting an order at HARDCASA.com, you automatically subscribe to our newsletter. You can at all times unsubscribe, if you wish to do so.

When you pay with Klarna Invoice, your purchase goes on safe and simple. You never have to provide your card information and you pay after having received the products.

A fee of 0DKK per purchase is ascribed. If the payment fails to happen a reminder fee of 100DKK is imposed, plus default interests of 7,45 %. When making a purchase, a credit check is made. In special cases this means that credit information is obtained.
Personal data is managed in accordance to existing regulations. Klarna manages your personal data with the purpose of carrying out customer analyses, identification, credit checks and marketing. When managing our customer data, we use your personal identification number (CPR-nummer) as your customer number.
