All the products you find on the page can be purchased online here and now. Click on a product you're interested in and select a size.

When ordering, have your debit card details ready, as well as the address the goods are to be sent to.

All prices indicated on the website include VAT.

You can always see your past orders by logging into the customer center (My account).

HARDCASA reserves the right for sold out products, longer delivery times, price changes and any errors on the website.

Payment

HARDCASA accepts payment with the following credit cards: eDankort, Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB.

HARDCASA offer shipping via Post Danmark and DHL.

 

Handling (of your order)

Immediately after you have ordered and paid for your goods at HARDCASA, we'll send you an order confirmation to your email address. If the order confirmation is lost, you can always download it again by logging into the customer center (Client / Your Account) at HARDCASA.

If, unexpectedly, a problem arise with the shipment, please contact HARDCASA on info@hardcasa.com.

Delivery

If the product is in stock HARDCASA delivery of your goods will find place within 1-2 working days after the order is registered.

If the goods are not in stock, you can create a query on it, by writing an email to info@hardcasa.com.

 

Return policy

Should you regret your purchase, the product must be returned within 14 days from the date you received the goods.

If you regret your purchase, the product must be returned in roughly the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

You must pay the return freight on goods returned.

We will pay back the money to your account within 7 days.

Please enclose information about your name, order number and that you want your money back, preferably written on a copy of order confirmation. The paid amount is automatically returned to your account.

You can also undo your purchase by refusing to receive the goods.

You can also return the goods at our address in person at the reception, you only need to remember a copy of your order confirmation.

Note: We do not replace lost or returned orders if this is sent as a letter. We recommend that you always send your returns as a package, since this allows it to be tracked.

 

Complaints (lack of conformity)

As a consumer you have 2 years warranty, which means you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, get the money back or a discount, depending on the individual situation. This is of course on the condition that the claim is justified.

It is essential that these deficiencies are not caused by your incorrect use of the product, or other injurious behavior that has led to the defect

You need to advertise within a reasonable time after you have found the defect.

If you advertise the defect being discovered within 2 months the claim is always considered as being timely.

We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with the return of the product when the claim is justified.

If you wish to complain (wish to invoke lack of conformity) about a product, you must print a copy of the order confirmation, and on this noting the error and submitting the product to our service center at:

Cookies

Log statistic used on HARDCASA and means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from and in what part of you exit website etc.

At HARDCASA log statistics are used in order to optimize the website and its functionalities.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information:

We make the registration of your personal information in order to be able to deliver to you.

The management of the company has access to the information recorded about you.

We do not store customer data encrypted.

We do not transmit customer data encrypted.

There’s no registration of any sensitive personal information.

As registered with HARDCASA you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to inspect the data recorded about you.

You can choose to receive our newsletter (e-mail advertising).

The newsletter contains information about the company and its products, relevant offers, contests etc.. You will only receive the Newsletter when you have signed up for it. When accepting an order at Hardcasa.com, you automatically accept signing up to our newsletter. You can always fast and easy unsubscribe.
